Pricing, availability & the small print

Opening hours & availability
I'm open 8:30am to 6pm, seven days a week, including weekends.
- Walk slots are limited – I keep groups to a maximum of four dogs per walker, so regular weekday slots fill up. Message me to check current availability.
- Day care runs during opening hours, with the latest pick-up at 6pm.
- Boarding drop-off and collection times are agreed in advance to suit both of us.
Book early for holidays! Summer holidays and the festive period (Christmas & New Year) are always my busiest times, and boarding places genuinely fill up months ahead. If you know your dates, message me as soon as you can to reserve your dog's place.
Full price list
- Dog walking, 30 minutes – £10 (weekend: £15)
- Dog walking, 1 hour – £16 (weekend: £24)
- Doggy day care – £5 per hour, latest pick-up 6pm
- Overnight home boarding – £35 per night
- Festive boarding (24th–26th Dec & 31st Dec–2nd Jan) – £45 per night
- "Stay & Play" introductory session (required for all new boarders) – £15 for one hour
- Drop-in visit (30 minutes) – £10
- Second dog from the same home – always 50% off, on every service
Weekend walk rates apply on Saturdays and Sundays, at 1.5× the standard rate. Boarding and day care prices are the same all week (outside the festive dates above).
Deposits & booking
- A £50 deposit secures any boarding stay longer than one night. It comes off the final cost of the stay, but is non-refundable if you cancel.
- All new boarders start with a one-hour "Stay & Play" session (£15) so I can meet your dog and they can settle in before their first overnight.
- If you pause regular services for a week or more, a small retainer (25% of your usual weekly fee) holds your slot so it's still yours when you're back.
Cancellations
- 48 hours' notice or more: nothing to pay.
- No-show without warning: 50% of the agreed cost.
- Boarding stays longer than one night: the £50 deposit is non-refundable.

Neutering & spaying
To keep walks, day care and boarding calm and safe for every dog in my care, male dogs need to be neutered before joining in. Spaying isn't required for female dogs. I just ask that you don't bring her while she's in season, and that you let me know when she's next due on so we can plan around it. This isn't a reflection on your dog, it's simply about keeping things calm and safe for everyone.
Good to know
- Late collections: if a pick-up runs more than 15 minutes past the agreed time without warning, a small late fee applies (from £5).
- Day care collections after 6pm are charged at the overnight boarding rate, though dogs still need collecting the same day.
- Pricing shown is the 2026 summer rate and may be updated seasonally – whatever we agree when you book is what you pay.
